Shipping
We ship your order quickly and safely with DHL or Deutsche Post. If no other deadline is stated in the respective offer, your Ambitions Lifestyle product usually arrives after 2-3 working days (within Germany).
Outside of Germany it probably takes between 5-6 days.
Please note that no parcel is delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
We try to process each order as quickly as possible and ship daily.
If you pay by bank transfer, shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

We ship within Germany and all over Europe.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for standard shipping within Germany are 4,99 €. From an order value of 100 € the delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs.
Outside of Germany the shipping costs are generally 6,99 €.
Right of return
After purchasing products in the Ambitions Lifestyle Shop you have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins with the day on which you as a customer have received the goods and is 14 calendar days.
Please proceed as follows for returns:
1. write us an email: contact@ambitions.shop to inform us about the return.
2. pack the product in its original packaging and send it well protected immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest (from the day you informed us of the return) to the following address:

Please note that the costs of the return are to be taken over by the buyer.
3. within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) we will refund the purchase price including the one-off shipping costs.
Versandbedingungen
Lieferung
Wir versenden deine Bestellung zügig und sicher mit DHL oder der Deutschen Post. Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, trifft Dein Ambitions Lifestyle Produkt in der Regel nach 2-3 Werktagen bei dir ein (innerhalb Deutschlands).
Außerhalb Deutschlands dauert es wohl zwischen 5-6 Tagen.
Bitte beachte, dass Sonntags und an Feiertagen keine Post zugestellt wird.
Hast Du Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Dir getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Du bestellt hast.
Wir versuchen, jede Bestellung so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und versenden täglich.
Bei Zahlung per Banküberweisung erfolgt der Versand erst nach Zahlungseingang.

Wir versenden innerhalb Deutschlands sowie europaweit.
Versandkosten
Die Versandkosten für den Standardversand innerhalb Deutschlands betragen 4,99 €. Ab einem Bestellwert von 100 € ist die Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands versandkostenfrei.
Außerhalb Deutschlands betragen die Versandkosten generell 6,99 €.
Rückgaberecht
Nach dem Kauf von Produkten im Ambitions Lifestyle Shop hast Du das Recht innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen das Produkt zurückzugeben. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Tag, an dem Du als Kunde die Ware in Empfang genommen hast und beträgt 14 Kalendertage.
Bitte gehe bei Rücksendungen wie folgt vor:
1. Schreibe uns eine Email an: contact@ambitions.shop um uns über die Rücksendung zu informieren.
2. Verpacke das Produkt in der Original Verpackung und sende es gut geschützt unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen (ab dem Tag, an dem Du uns über die Rücksendung informiert hast), an folgende Adresse:

Bitte beachte, dass die Kosten der Rücksendung vom Käufer zu tragen sind.
3. Nach Erhalt des Produktes bzw. der Produkte erstatten wir innerhalb von 14 Tagen, den Kaufpreis inklusive der einmaligen Versandkosten.
